Gender Diversity for Hire

If you’re like most social services agencies you might be struggling to meet your ethical obligation for staff diversity and inclusiveness across gender lines. Social work, after all, is staffed more and more by women, less and less by men.

And even if you do have a sizable number of men on your staff, do they feel safe and comfortable representing a male point of view in staff meetings and planning sessions? Or do they fear being dismissed, mocked, even ostracized?

Until social work gets back to having a solid representation of men in its ranks, Working Well With Men provides you with the gender diversity you need. We are free and independent—receiving no government or foundation money—so we can offer good ideas that might be new, unusual and perhaps even unwelcome in some quarters. We speak up for gender diversity, for gender inclusiveness, for men, fathers and boys — as nicely as we can. Give us a try. Let’s see if we can't help you in your agency’s mission and in your ethical obligation for diversity and inclusiveness.

Maybe an online conference or webinar would be good. Maybe you can bring us to town for a day to do an in-service with your staff. We’re flexible and committed. Let’s talk about how we can help you.
Let’s talk.
